What I Eat A Day on a Vegan Diet

What do I eat on a Vegan Diet ?

After 10 years following this lifestyle. Overcoming Psoriasis, Hashimoto I am happy to share with you what I eat on a Vegan Diet.

1. I love to start my day with a liter of water before I eat anything.

Happens to drink it still in bed.
It hydrates you. Cleans your intestines and helps you with morning emptying 😉 Drink slowly.

2. Eat a big juicy fruit or drink  freshly squeezed juice.

Around 500-700 kcal from such a meal.

3. A plate of mono meal ( ONE type of fruit )

Mono-meal in order to eat one type of fruit for  better digestion. Your body simply concentrates to digest one type of fruit. I do not recommend fruit salads.

Again around 500-700 kcal

4. A green smoothie or a big green salad.

Look at the pyramid of foods. It is one of the most important aspects people forget. Greens should be the base of our diet. Eat them in abundance. Around 500-600 kcal in such a meal.

5. Cooked meal or another raw one.

Quinoa, Potatoes, Rice noodles or Gluten Free Pasta with vegetables low in sodium and fat. Around 400-500 kcal.

On a Vegan Diet I always above 2000 kcal for me !
