Where Do I Get My Protein on a Vegan Diet

Where do I get my protein on a Vegan Diet ? You get the protein from fruits and vegetables !!! Every food you eat contains protein. Did you ever meet anybody with protein deficiency ? The only protein deficient people are those ones who simply don’t eat enough food in general. Anorexic, Bulimic, Homeless people.

Fruit is a complete protein with all 8 essential amino acids! Non-sweet fruit like tomatoes, zucchini and cucumbers also have proteins. Vegetables are a good source of complete protein on a low fat, vegan diet. You can’t meet your daily protein requirements with just vegetables. Along with fruit, leafy greens and a small amount of nuts and seeds, vegetables like carrots and celery help supply enough protein to meet your needs. Nuts and seeds are packed with protein. Don’t be worried ! We covered this topic 🙂 So where do I get my protein from on a Vegan Diet? From food. From fruits and vegetables.
